DMCA / Copyright Policy
Kaytos, LLC ("Kaytos", "Reputable Click", "we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available through the Reputable Click services infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and that you request be removed or access disabled, with enough information for us to locate the material (for example, a URL or other specific location);
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed;
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of a person authorized to act on your behalf).

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Los Angeles County, California if your address is outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

The Reputable Click services are primarily B2B API services for traffic quality and fraud detection. We do not host user-generated content in the traditional sense. This policy is provided for completeness and to address any situation where copyrighted material may be implicated in our services.
